Need Screencaps?

Maladroit recently uncovered an awesome site, KissCut.net, that is dedicated to DVD screencaps. Although selection is small, they may have something you are look for! The images have a resolution of 720×576 and typically encompass the entire movie (i.e. A Clockwork Orange has a whopping 3898 screencaps!). Also checkout Mystic Bliss for even more screenshots at higher resolutions!

“Grindhousing” Movies…

Here’s a great post at Something Awful (which I came across originally at Customaniacs) about grindhousing your favorite movie. Basically, the idea is to take a movie and design a poster for it in the style of the flick Grindhouse, or more generally, thse exploitation films of the 70’s. They have a cool old school touch and some are pretty well designed. Here’s are just 3 of the many posted:
